Welcome to The Pink Atelier ❤︎ Atelier (pronounced uh-teh-lee-ay): The French word for studio/workshop✨ I’m Trish! I’ve been surrounded by the art of nails for as long as I can remember. Growing up in my family’s nail salons, I learned the craft firsthand and developed a deep appreciation for the creativity and precision that goes into every set of nails. In 2020, while attending Virginia Tech for Business, I started my own nail business as a way to connect with other girls in my dorm and across campus. What began as a small passion project quickly grew into something much more—I fell in love with nail artistry and the ability to create a welcoming, comfortable space where my clients can freely express themselves and feel their best. My goal is to provide a memorable experience for every client who sits in my chair. Whether you’re going for a simple, elegant look or something bold and intricate, I’m dedicated to bringing your vision to life with creativity and perfection. I truly love what I do, and I can’t wait to share that passion with you. Let’s create something beautiful together!
CANCELLATION POLICY
| TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL | If life decides to life and you need to reschedule, do not fret- we are all human, it happens. I do NOT charge rescheduling/cancellation fees up until 4 hours before your original scheduled appointment time. Just please get into contact with me as soon as you can! Any scheduling alterations made after the 4 hour mark, leading up to the session, will result in the non-refundable forfeiture of your $10 deposit due to how this may impact my schedule, as well as my other clients’. | NO-SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY | If you are more than 20 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, without any prior communication, a non-refundable $20.00 no-show fee will be charged to your account as it may not be possible for me to fill in that time slot on such short notice. For a second no-show offense, the same fee will be applied, and unfortunately, I will no longer accept future bookings. |REFUND POLICY| Due to time and product already invested into each service, I do not issue full refunds, but would be happy to provide complimentary repairs within the seven days following the appointment. _________________ I do my best to stay flexible for my clients and be accommodating as I can- your timely communication helps me make that possible.
